Mrs Miranda Amachree
Executive Secretary
Miranda Amachree is a seasoned environmental expert with over 30 years of experience in waste management, chemical safety, and circular economy implementation. As the Executive Secretary of ARBR, Nigeria’s Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) for the battery sector, she leads the coordination of sustainable battery waste management, ensuring compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policies. Her expertise spans environmental policy enforcement, hazardous waste regulation, and multilateral environmental agreements. Before joining ARBR, she held key roles in government, including Acting Director General of NESREA (National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency), where she spearheaded critical initiatives like the $15M GEF-funded Circular Economy Project for E-Waste.

As the Account and Finance Officer at ARBR, he oversees the organization's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Edet Effiong is a seasoned Full-Stack Software Engineer and Digital Marketer with expertise in software development, IT systems management, and digital communications. He coordinates of ARBR's technical, and media infrastructure, ensuring the effective delivery of digital solutions, technical support, and online engagement initiatives.
